Methods of Payment:

• All pricing in US Funds

• Secure Online Credit Card payment (VISA and MasterCard)

• Offline ordering via check, Money Order or Telephone (416-223-3716)

  • For security reasons we will NOT accept credit card information by e-mail

• Personal Check (must clear before purchase is sent)

• Canadian residents will be charged 7% GST

  • Ontario residents will be charged an additional 8% PST

Out of Stock Items:

• Although we do our best to keep our catalogue up-to-date there may be occasions when we are out of stock of the item you ordered.  If this occurs we will credit your Credit Card for the difference and ship your order, less the out of stock item.

Returns & Refunds:

• Any problems with orders (broken item, short shipment, or mis-shipment) must be communicated to The Northern Bead Company within 48 hours of receipt of shipment by either e-mail or phone.

• Special Ordered items and Books are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Products may be returned for full refund (minus shipping costs) within 7 days of receipt of product with the following conditions:

  • Customers must contact The Northern Bead Company by completing the Return Authorization Form or by phone (see Contact page) to receive a Return Authorization number (RA#);

  • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee (you will credited the cost of the items minus 15%)

  • Any products returned without prior authorization will be subject to an additional 25% restocking fee

  • Product must be complete and in resalable condition - credit will not given for any product that is received damaged/broken;

  • All sales are final (non-refundable) on Clearance items;

  • Refund will be applied once The Northern Bead Company receives the product.

Shipping:
 

• Free shipping on all orders of $60 or more (USA/Canada only).  Shipments of $60+ and are within USA and Canada are shipped insured via courier (FedEx Ground/Canpar). Please note that shipments sent to PO Box addresses can not be sent by courier but will be shipped via insured Expedited Parcel Post.  If you are unable to accept courier shipments for any reason, please notify us at the time your order is placed.  Orders returned to us due to inability of receipt will be subject to additional charges for re-shipping.

• Courier Shipping is available at an extra cost if your order is less than $60 - click here for more details.

• FedEx Ground/Canpar shipping times are 1-5 business days.  For more details click here for Courier shipping times.

• Standard mail delivery time to the USA is business 7-10 days.  Mail delivery within Canada is 3-10 business days. We are not responsible for any uninsured shipments.  Items can be insured by choosing Courier shipping as an option. If you chose Courier Shipping  then you can expect your insured package to arrive within 3 to 5 business days.

• Please ensure your ship-to information is complete and accurate. Any items shipments returned to The Northern Bead Company due to incomplete or inaccurate shipping information will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and any related return shipping charges.

• Courier shipments are picked up daily

• Items sent by mail are sent out every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

• Credit Card purchases shipped within 48 hours

• Money Order purchases shipped within 48 upon receipt

• Personal check purchases shipped after check has cleared

• We will ship to anywhere in the world!   International Shipping

  • Please note that shipping outside of Canada and the USA will require additional postage.  If you require a quote beforehand on international shipping please write us.  We will contact international customers via email with the additional postage cost after the order is placed.  For a general idea of shipping rates click here.

  • If you are outside of North America we will contact you after you place your order with the additional shipping cost required to send out your package.  Packages shipped outside of Canada & USA have their shipping rates determined by the total weight of the package.

  • International shipments are sent via mail

*Courier Shipping not available to P.O. Boxes, Hawaii, Possessions or Military Addresses.  Regular mail will be used instead.
