Why is all your pricing in US funds if your company is based in Canada? Even though we are based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada we sell internationally. In order to accommodate all of our international customers we implemented one standard currency. For our Canadian customers we will gladly accept payment in Canadian funds by cheque or money order. Simply write us before completing your purchase that you wish to pay in Canadian dollars and we will e-mail you with your total in Canadian funds based on that days exchange rate. Current exchange rates can be calculated at the Bank of Canada website. Do you have a store or showroom? No, we operate solely online. Now that I've placed my order, how long will it take for me to receive it? We ship all items by regular air-mail - this usually takes 7 to 10 business days. We are not responsible for any uninsured shipments. Items can be insured by choosing Priority shipping as an option. If you chose Priority Shipping then you can expect your insured package to arrive within 3 to 5 business days. All Priority Shipping customers (and orders over $50) are provided with a tracking number with which they can track their package online. Do you have a print catalogue? No. Due to our frequently changing stock it would be impossible to have an accurate print catalogue. Where do you ship to? Anywhere in the world! No. What if an item I ordered is out of stock when my order is picked? Although we do our best to keep our catalogue up-to-date there may be occasions when we are out of stock of the item you ordered. If this occurs we will credit your Credit Card for the difference and ship your order, less the out of stock item. I'm looking for something not on your website, can you get it? Most likely. While we have a large selection on our website, this is only a small fraction of beads and beading accessories that we have access to.
