How long will items stay in my shopping cart? Items will stay in your shopping for only as long as your current web browser is open.  If you close your web browser (or turn off your computer) your shopping cart will empty.  If you are having problems with your cart emptying please see our Security page for details on how to enable cookies.

What Credit Cards do you accept?  We accept both VISA and MasterCard.

What other forms of payment do you accept? We accept money order or personal cheque.  For instructions on how to pay by money order or check please click here to see our Offline Ordering page.  NSF checks are subject to a $20 service charge.

Why is all your pricing in US funds if your company is based in Canada? Even though we are based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada we sell internationally. In order to accommodate all of our international customers we implemented one standard currency.  For our Canadian customers we will gladly accept payment in Canadian funds by cheque or money order.  Simply write us before completing your purchase that you wish to pay in Canadian dollars and we will e-mail you with your total in Canadian funds based on that days exchange rate.  Current exchange rates can be calculated at the Bank of Canada website.

Do you have a store or showroom?  No, we operate solely online.

Now that I've placed my order, how long will it take for me to receive it?  We ship all items by regular air-mail - this usually takes 7 to 10 business days.  We are not responsible for any uninsured shipments.  Items can be insured by choosing Priority shipping as an option. If you chose Priority Shipping  then you can expect your insured package to arrive within 3 to 5 business days.  All Priority Shipping customers (and orders over $50) are provided with a tracking number with which they can track their package online.

Do you have a print catalogue? No. Due to our frequently changing stock it would be impossible to have an accurate print catalogue.

Where do you ship to?  Anywhere in the world!  Please note that shipping outside of Canada and the USA will require additional postage.

Do you have wholesale pricing? No.

What if an item I ordered is out of stock when my order is picked?  Although we do our best to keep our catalogue up-to-date there may be occasions when we are out of stock of the item you ordered.  If this occurs we will credit your Credit Card for the difference and ship your order, less the out of stock item.

I'm looking for something not on your website, can you get it? Most likely. While we have a large selection on our website, this is only a small fraction of beads and beading accessories that we have access to. E-mail our Special Request team and we'll try to find it for you.

Are there other pictures of the beads you have online?  Yes.  If you need to see another angle of a bead write us and we will e-mail you the picture.

How many 6/0 seed beads are in a gram?  Approximately 18.

What is a gross and mass of beads? Gross=144 pieces, mass=1200 pieces.

What are the birthstones for each month?

Is there a minimum order that has to placed? No, we will accept orders for any amount.  There is no minimum order or any registration required to shop on our site.
